She cracked me
And
Broke me
Without a thought
My top tossed
Away
With a
Flick of the wrist
My insides thrown
Into
Boiling water
She poached me
Now she sits
With
Toasted bread
Ready for heaven
The jagged edges
Of
Her life
Momentarily forgotten
